Rainfall Foundation supports people leaving prison and those at risk of offending through three connected pillars: one-to-one mentoring, tailored support planning and coordinated access to trusted specialist partners.

Mentoring, planning and specialist support
One-to-One Mentoring
Every participant is matched with a dedicated mentor who builds trust and provides consistent support, encouragement and accountability. The mentor stays alongside the participant as they navigate challenges, recognise progress and work towards agreed goals.
Tailored Support Planning
We work with each participant to understand their circumstances, strengths, needs and priorities. Together, we develop a personalised Support and Growth Plan that gives structure to the journey ahead and is reviewed as circumstances change.
Trusted Specialist Partners
We do not replace specialist organisations. We bring them together around the individual. Where additional expertise is needed, we coordinate access to trusted partners in areas such as mental wellbeing, employment, education and practical support.
Rainfall is not a grant-giving organisation. Our role is to provide structured mentoring, coordinate support and help each participant make sustained progress.
