A supportive mentoring moment with hands held in reassurance

Our approach

A pathway from crisis to contribution.

People leaving prison and those at risk of offending often face trauma, stigma and limited opportunities that make lasting change difficult. The Rainfall Model combines structured one-to-one mentoring, personalised support planning and coordinated access to trusted specialist partners, helping each participant build a pathway from crisis to contribution.

Our approach is structured, tailored, faith-aware, culturally responsive and partnership-led. It combines consistent human support with clear goals, appropriate boundaries and access to specialist expertise.

Built on trust, led by the individual

Support is developed with the participant, not done to them. We listen, build trust and shape the plan around their circumstances, strengths and goals.

Structured support and accountability

Clear goals, regular review and consistent mentoring create the structure and accountability that help progress continue, even when circumstances change.

Partnership-led

We coordinate with trusted specialist partners to bring the right expertise around each person, helping support remain joined up and responsive to identified needs.
