Rainfall Foundation helps people leaving prison and those on a path that could lead to prison overcome barriers, while supporting their families through the challenges that often accompany involvement with the criminal justice system.
The Rainfall Model combines structured one-to-one mentoring, personalised support planning and coordinated access to trusted specialist partners.
Every participant is matched with a dedicated mentor who builds trust, helps develop a personalised Support and Growth Plan, and coordinates access to the right specialist support. We do not replace specialist organisations. We bring them together around the individual.
