Rainfall Foundation supports people at risk of offending and people leaving prison through mentoring, personalised support planning, and access to specialist services that help individuals overcome barriers and build positive futures.
We are not a grant-giving organisation. Instead, we provide mentoring, personalised support planning, and access to specialist services through trusted partners.
